香港高校創新創業大聯盟協會以推動青年創新創業發展、促進産研深度融合爲核心宗旨，致力于打造國際化、專業化、生熊化的高端服務平臺。協會匯聚二十餘位國内外商業領袖、學界權威及行業精英，组建高级問委員會，深度整合資本、技術與產業资源，構建“戰略指導一實戰賦能一資源對接”三位一體的全鏈條培育體系，助力青年創業者在全球商業競争中實現跨越式展。
